Post-renovation cleaning
Fine dust and building residue out of spaces that are going back into use.
Dust → clear
We start once grinding and dust work are finished. Open building sites we do not take on in between.
After painting, laying floors or fitting a kitchen, dust remains in grout, textiles, ventilation and switches. An ordinary round will not lift it. We work in layers: coarse, fine, glass, and a last round after dust has settled.

- Removal of building dust on horizontal and vertical surfaces
- Windows, frames, radiators, pipework
- Kitchen or bathroom after fitting, including grout
- A second round by arrangement, once fine dust has settled
