No surprises on the day itself. You know who is coming, what happens and when we will be finished.

Introduction and inspection
We walk the space, note materials, pinch points and how the place is used. Photographs stay internal.
Duration: usually 45–90 minutes on site.

A personal cleaning plan
Frequency, depth and points of attention go on paper. You see what is included — and what is deliberately left out.
You receive the plan in writing, for approval.

A fixed, familiar team
The same people, the same point of contact. New faces only after discussion, never as a surprise.
Team names appear in the confirmation.

Checks and quality reporting
After specialist assignments a short report follows: what was done, what still needs attention, when we return.
Specialist assignments receive a short report.
What is included as standard
- A survey on site or, for existing clients, an annual recalibration of the plan.
- Fixed times, unless you ask for a different round yourself.
- Our own products and cloths, matched to the surface.
- A short debrief after specialist assignments.
What we ask of you
- Access at the agreed time, or a key arrangement in writing.
- Alarm, pets and fragile objects named in advance.
- For recurring work: a fixed point of contact on your side.
How a quote is made
- You describe the space through the form, or we walk it together.
- You receive a proposal with frequency or a one-off visit, and with what is included.
- After approval we schedule the first round. Invoicing follows the agreement, without surprising extras afterwards.
