Hospitality will not tolerate ‘almost’. A late checkout must not touch the next guest. We work to the house schedule: room changeover, public zones, back of house. Linen and wet rooms come first.

- Lobby, stair, corridors, breakfast room
- Kitchen and back of house at the agreed depth
- Wet rooms and linen finishing
Daily or on changeover days. One coordinator who knows the house schedule.
