Move-out & handover cleaning

A unit that passes inspection: empty, dry, without leftover dirt in kitchen or frame.

Handover is not a maintenance round. We work systematically: kitchen appliances, frames, radiators, storage, outdoor storage if it belongs to the unit. You receive a short photo set and a list of what fell outside the assignment.

Usually one day. For heavy soiling or after pets we plan extra time — that is in the quote in advance.
